to follow up I was told I was rejected because the bar code of the product did not match the bar code on the product which they were honoring. My argument is then why did it have the sticker on it if that was not the case but they said that was my problem if some other customer stuck it on there or ended up there by mistake. There argument makes so sense. Plus, the product gave me a rash.

I also was sent a postcard stating my proof of purchase did not contain a valid product number. I purchased a mascara at a local Rite Aid and each mascara in the store of this specific kind had the TRY IT FREE sticker. They were obviously the original stickering, not placed in different places or picked off and stuck back on. Why would PHYS Formula sticker items with TRY IT FREE and it not even be an item that is offered in the promo?!? Like I stated, there were multiples of the same product with the sticker in the exact spot. This is not a case of someone peeling off the sticker and placing in on a different item. You can tell when the sticker has been removed.
i met all requirements on this one but was sent a etter that i would not recieve rebate because i had not. but my daughter who lives at a different location from me bought same exact item recieved her rebate
