Can you still submit this if you paid for the item with a manufacturer coupon along with CVS "Extra Bucks"?

there is a new money back guarantee . they just reset it . now its valid untill 12/31/2012

my awesome saving , you can't submit for rebate if you used any manufacturer coupon or extra bucks to pay for it .please read the fine lines the rebates is for the "actual price paid in cash"
